effective November 8,, 2006. From January 2005 to November 7, 2006 I held the position
of Assistant Finance Director and was responsible for Newark financial reporting. I am a
` certified public accouniant. - I
` ~ 3. Based on the last nine months of operations, Newa1·k’s average monthly cash I
disbursernents were $6.3 million which included approximately $1.2 million in payroll
