list of features and elements of the Lexcel Software that have been copied by the Nelcela Parties: A. Copying of Non-Literal Elements 1. The tasks performed by the Lexcel system, which comprises the Merchant, Card Production, Database Architecture, AuthorizationVISA, and Authorization/Tystedit.c/Tsyedit.h software (collectively, the "Lexcel System"). The tasks include authorizing, processing, and storing credit card transactions and data. The computer platform on which the Lexcel System is designed to operate. The design and layout of the Lexcel System, including: a. b. c. The breakdown of functionality into components, including an authorization, merchant, and database component; The interaction of the components; The further breakdown of functionality within a component into particular files and modules, often having the same name and performing the same tasks as the corresponding Lexcel file or module; and The utilization of a single database by all components.
