Pursuant to the Rules of Practice for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Rule 1.10(e), Defendants Nelcela, Inc., Leonard ("Len") Campagna and Alec Dollarhide (hereinafter collectively "Nelcela") hereby request this Court permit the filing of the Nelcela's Opening Brief on Analytic Dissection in excess of the presumptive seventeen (17) page limit and consider the motion entirely. The Opening Brief is nineteen (19) pages, including signature page.
