IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated motion for dismissal with prejudice no later than March 17, 2006.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a settlement status hearing is set for Monday, April 3, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Should the parties file the stipulated motion for dismissal by March 17, 2006, the settlement status hearing will be vacated.
