As a follow-up to our telephone conference yesterday, we confirm that:
Robert Moroney is available for deposition on June 3 in Denver
Dr. Turley is available for deposition on the afternoon of May 26 in
Denver.
The Quantum IV laser samples will be made available for inspection at
Sheridan Ross offices on May 25.
The remaining Biocleanse units have been discarded.
We are holding open the dates of May 13 and June ll for the possible
deposition of Miki Smith and the date of May 19 for George Gonzalez.
In addition, we will issue revised deposition notices for Erchonia,
Tucek and Leger for June 8-10, with Tucek beginning on June 8.
The last known contact information for Hans Becker is 3096 Hales Mill
Road, Dubuque, IA 52002. As I noted yesterday, Mr. Becker designed the
IonCleanse (see REM01122 - 1150) so he, obviously, also may have
information relevant to the falsity of the shock hazard memo.
