vary at any point in the length of the generated beam. See Declaration of Kevin Tucek at ¶ 6. 46. A laser diode with only a collimating lens and without a focusing lens will usually generate an elliptical beam. Robinson depo. Pp. 55, ln. 21-Pp. 60, ln. 13, and Exhibits 50 and 51. 47.
