In support of its motion for summary judgment regarding vicarious liability, Kirkland & Ellis ("K&E") has filed a ten-page reply brief plus an attachment of __ pages. LRCiv 7.2(e) provides that "a reply including its supporting memorandum shall not exceed eleven (11) pages exclusive of attachments." Although K&E's reply brief is less than eleven pages, K&E files this motion out of abundance of caution if the Court is inclined to consider the attachment as a part of the substantive motion.
