and agree to an extension to Friday, May 12, 2006, for Plaintiffs' to file their Responses to the Motions for Summary Judgment on Fiduciary Duty and Other Remaining Claims filed by the GTCR Defendants and Defendant Michael Makings. This is the first request to extend this deadline. The additional time is necessitated by the number and complexity of the claims which are the subject of said motions, as well as the sizable record in the case (over 40 witnesses deposed, over 500,000 pages of documents produced). This request is not made for purposes of delay, but to enable the parties to adequately respond to the issues raised in said motions. Wherefore, the undersigned jointly move the Court to enter the
