hereby stipulate and agree to an extension to Friday, September 7, 2007, for Plaintiffs to file their Response to Defendant Makings' Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment on Count 23 and Joinder in GTCR Defendants' Motion for Renewed Summary Judgment on Remaining Claims in Count 5. This is the first request to extend this deadline. The additional time is necessitated by the out of state deposition schedules of the attorneys responsible for the handling of this case, as well as the sizable record in the case. This request is not made for purposes of delay, but to enable the Plaintiffs to adequately respond to the issues raised in said motion. Wherefore, the undersigned jointly move the Court to
