22 Pursuant to the Court’s Order dated May 20, 2008 and the Joint Case Management
23 Plan submitted by the parties, all parties shall comply with the deadlines established in this
24 Order as follows:
25 IT IS ORDERED:
26 1. The parties shall meet within 60 days of the date of this Order to conduct a
27 mediation,
28 2. All fact witness depositions shall be completed no later than 150 days of the date

2 3. Plaintiff and Defendant shall simultaneously serve disclosure of expert witnesses
3 within 150 days of the date of this Order;

6 5. The parties shall complete expert depositions within 60 days of the date of this
7 Order;
8 6. The parties shall complete discovery no later than 210 days of the date of this
