No. 228] and the parties' Stipulation re Briefing for Post-Trial Motions [Doc. No. 229], and for good cause shown, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Substitution of Counsel [Doc. No. 228] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Dawn Marie Bergin, of Lewis and Roca LLP, shall no longer be one of Defendants' counsel of record in this matter. Stephen Bressler, Ann-Martha Andrews, and Scott Bennett, all of Lewis and Roca LLP, shall be Defendants' counsel of record. The Clerk of Court is directed to make note of these changes. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file a single consolidated post-trial motion within 10 days of the entry of judgment identifying their grounds for requesting judgment as a matter of law under Rule 50 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a new trial under Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and a remittitur ("Defendants' Motion").

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 14 days after filing Defendants' Motion, Defendants shall file a consolidated brief in support thereof ("Defendants' Brief"). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have within 30 days from service of Defendants' Brief to file and serve his response to Defendants' Motion and Defendants' Brief ("Plaintiff's Response"). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall have 15 days from service of Plaintiff's Response to file and serve their reply in support of their post-trial motion. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the time frames outlined about are subject to the time provisions set forth in Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
