PLAINTIFF'S COUNSEL'S STATEMENT OF PERSONAL CONSULTATION Pursuant to Rule 54.2(d)(1), Rules of the District Court, counsel for plaintiff and defendants personally consulted concerning an award of attorney's fees during a telephone conference held on November 29, 2005. Plaintiff's attorney, Steve Dawson, and defendants' counsel, Stephen Bressler, participated in this conference. As a result of this consultation, counsel agreed that plaintiff was the prevailing party in this litigation.
