16 counsel, hereby Stipulate and agree as follows:
17 1. Plaintiff has reached several consent judgments and anticipates reaching
18 additional consent judgments with the various defendants in the case.
‘ 19 2. Pursuant to stipulations reached between plaintiff and the defendants who have
20 stipulated to judgment, some of the stipulated judgments include certain stipulated factual
21 statements.
22 3. Plaintiff agrees that the factual statements in the foregoing judgment will not be
23 preclusive with respect to claims involving Snell & Wilmer.
24 4. Snell & Wilmer reserves the right to contest the admissibility of such statements
2 5 against Snell & Wilmer.
