Plaintiff, BILTMORE ASSOCIATES and the Defendant SNELL & WILMER LLP, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby jointly move the Court to extend Defendants' Expert Discovery Date. Due to various extensions provided to Plaintiff on its Expert Disclosure, the parties have agreed that all of Defendant's expert witnesses will be disclosed, along with their expert reports, on or before March 5, 2007.
