The court has received and reviewed plaintiff's motion for an order extending the deadline to file motions regarding known

evidentiary issues.

At page 2 of said motion,

counsel indicates that: A possible evidentiary issue which may require a motion and order by the Court recently has arisen as a result of Counsel undersigned's review of proposed revisions to the Joint Statements of Issues and Facts received from Counsel for Snell & Wilmer and a review of pleadings and other documents in this case. Counsel undersigned has not yet been able to finish reviewing and analyzing that matter.... The motion for extension of time at Docket No. 419 is granted. As

indicated in said motion, counsel for plaintiff will complete his analysis of the possible issue and, on or before Monday, December 24, 2007, file a motion to address the issue.
