As the evidence in the trial developed, plaintiff has concluded that this matter should not proceed against defendant Snell & Wilmer. Therefore, pursuant to the parties' agreement, constituting an unconditional withdrawal of all claims and allegations against Snell & Wilmer and its individual attorneys, plaintiff and defendant Snell & Wilmer, LLP, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate to the entry of the judgment in favor of defendant attached hereto.
