Jenkins ("Declaration"), which Declaration was Exhibit "1" to Plaintiff's Motion For Determination of Amount of Damages and For Entry of Judgment Against Peter Thimmesch filed on May 5, 2008, at Docket 511. By error or mistake, Exhibits "C" and "D" to the Declaration were inadvertently omitted, and this Notice is being filed to
