Plaintiff claims that he is the prevailing party and further claims these costs against Defendants The Mills Corporation, MillsServices Corp., and Arizona Mills, L.L.C., against whom the judgment by a jury was rendered on August 19, 2005 and entered by the Clerk on August 24, 2005, for $1.00 nominal damages and $100,000.00 punitive damages. Pursuant to Local Rules2.19 and Rule 54 (d) Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, "costs other than attorneys' fees shall be allowed as of course to the prevailing party unless the court otherwise directs." According, Plaintiff Nicholas Alozie hereby requests the Clerk of Court to tax costs against the Defendants in the amount set forth above.
