Defendant/Movant has filed a request for status conference indicating her concern that her Petition may have been lost. On August 24, 2006, the Clerk of Court entered a Notice of Assignment informing the parties that this case has been referred to the undersigned Magistrate Judge and that the case has been assigned the case number listed above. (Doc. No. 579) On November 6, 2006, the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee referred this matter to the undersigned Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule of Civil Procedure 72.1 and 72.2 for further proceedings and a report and recommendation. (Doc. No. 583) The Petition has not been lost. The matter remains under advisement. The Court notes Defendant/Movant has omitted the complete case number from her filing. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that Defendant/Movant's Request for a Status Hearing (Doc. No. 615) is GRANTED to the extent that this Order advises her of the status of her case and is DENIED to the extent that she requests a status hearing. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant/Movant shall include the entire case number on all future filings. DATED this 10th day of December, 2007.
