COMES NOW the Defendant, Patrick Jefferson, by and

15 through undersigned counsel, and respectfully moves the Court for 16 an Amended Judgment in a Criminal Case (original issued on or 17 about May 27, 2005 -- copy attached) recommending that the 18 Defendant be eligible for a drug rehabilitation program while in 19 prison.

The Defendant, recognizing that he needs drug

20 rehabilitation assistance, has been attempting to enrol in any 21 available drug rehab program while in prison but has been 22 consistently denied because his Judgment does not reflect a 23 recommendation of the Court that he be so eligible. 24 25 26 27 28
