date of August 7, 2007, for thirty days. A Motion has also been filed to continue the trial date in CR-06-1073-PHX-FJM. The reason for this requested continuance is based upon continuing investigation and discovery. In addition Defense Counsel has an important family event out of state on August 9, 2007. Therefore, Defendant moves this court to continue the currently set trial date of August 7, 2007 for thirty days.
