THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY CHARGES: On or about July 22, 1996, the United States District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, entered a judgment in Criminal Case Number 2:93CR00529-1 documenting that defendant, FRANK DIPPOLITO, was convicted in Count 1 for Conspiracy to manufacture in excess of 100 grams of methamphetamine and Attempt to manufacture in excess of 100 grams of methamphetamine, both felony convictions in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846 (See Attached Judgment). In the event defendant, FRANK DIPPOLITO, is convicted of the offense charged in Count 1 of the superseding indictment, his prior convictions, as described above, will act to enhance punishment under Title 21, United States Code, Sections 846, 841(a)(1) and // // // //
