and the defendant stipulate that the defendant was not an
Organizer, Leader, manager, or superviser of the other offense.
And part: d) Pursuant to FED. Crim. P. ll(c)(l)(C) U.SlS.G. §
3El.1, stipulate that the Adjusted Offense Level applicable to
this offense be reduced by three levels.
