3 resolution to Bond’s Appeal, as neither Attomey Holtzen, nor Attorney Rosenquist continued to
4 have representation of Bond. Furthermore, Bond served numerous months under House Arrest,
5 immediately following Bond’s Jury Trial. Bond further respectfully requests this Court vacate,
5; set aside, correct Bond’s sentence to 0 months with no probation or restitution, as Bond was
8 within the Social Security TWP and SGA guidelines, 1991 through 2002, per the Official Social
9 Security Handbook, H.I.P.A.A. Federal laws, I.R.C., A.R.S. — Title 20, A.R.S. § 20-251, A.R.S.
10 § 20-253, A.R.S. § 20-281, ARS. § 20-282, A.R.S. § 20-286, A.RS. § 20-290, ARS. § 20-
ll 298, ARS. § 20-1241.03, ARS. § 20-1377, ARS. §20-1378, A.R.S. § 20-1379, A.R.S § 20 —
12 1380, A.R.S. § 20-1408, Individual Health Insurance Guaranteed Renewal laws, Privacy and
13 Confidentiality laws, Contract laws, and fact. Bond further respectfully requests this Cotut
14 disclose to Bond any information concerning Bond, compelling this Court to not grant Bond’s
15 motion to order stay of Bond’s sentence, or order immediate release of Bond pending resolution
16 of Bond’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, based on law and fact, so that Bond may address
