Defendant has filed a Motion to Modify Conditions of Supervised Release. Dkt. #55. The Court will deny the motion. Although the Court understands the difficulties confronted by Defendant's family ­ difficulties that have existed throughout the pendency of this case ­ the Court concludes that Defendant's successful completion of her residency in a community corrections center is an important part of preparing her to live drug-free as a member of society. IT IS ORDERED that Defendant's Motion to Modify Conditions of Supervised Release (Dkt. #55) is denied. DATED this 25th day of October, 2006.
