- COMES NOW PROBATION OFFICER Leigh Anne Gibbons presenting an official report on Nanci Maria Juan who was
placed on probation on May 3, 2004, by the Honorable Earl H. Carroll presiding in the District Court of Arizona. A 36-month
, period of probation was imposed. In addition to the general terms and conditions adopted by the court in General Order 99-9,
l the offender was ordered to comply with the following special conditions:
1. You shall provide the probation ofhcer access to any requested financial information.
2. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial
contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer.
The defendant was also ordered to pay a $100 Special Assessment Fee and $1,200 restitution to the Gila River indian Gaming
Enterprise at a rate of $45 per month commencing 60 days from May 3, 2004.
Nanci Maria Juan was convicted of violating Title 18 USC § 1168(ln), Theft from an Indian Gaming Establishment, a Class C
Felony.
RESPECTFULLY PRESENTING PETITION FOR ACTION OF COURT FOR CAUSE AS FOLLOWS:
Allegation A: Violation of Standard Condition No. 3: You shall report to the Probation Office as directed bythe Court or
probation officer, and shall submit a truthful and complete written report within the first nve days of each month.
