Based upon the Defendant Sheila Isabell's Motion to Continue Jury Trial, good cause appearing therefore and no objection appearing thereto, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED continuing the Jury Trial from May 16, 2006 at 9:30 am to June 27, 2006 at 9:00 a.m.

This Court specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance

outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is

based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny
20

the defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account the
21

exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(B)(iv).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that excludable delay under Title 18 U.S.C.
23

§3161(h)(8)(A) and (B)(iv) will commence on 5/10/06 for a total of 48 days.
