15 CHARLTON, United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, and Lisa Jennis Settel, 16 Assistant United States Attorney, respectfully submits this sentencing memorandum for the 17 court's consideration. 18 Under the plea agreement in this case, the defendant is facing a 20-25 year sentence 19 after which he will be deported to Honduras. His behavior at the stash house was abhorrent. 20 The Presentence Investigation Report in this matter fully incorporates all the facts in this 21 case.
