17 The Defendant, Joseph Christian Paulos, by and through undersigned counsel
18 hereby asks this Court to issue an order releasing Mr. Paulos’ Passport to the office
19 of undersigned counsel. This Motion is made on the grounds that, as a condition of
20 pretrial release in the above noted matter, Mr. Paulos was required to turn his
21 Passpoit over to the Clerk of the Court until the matter was resolved. Mr. Paulos
22 subsequently entered into and successfully completed a diversion program and on
23 January 24, 2005, the charges against Mr. Paulos were dismissed. Due to the fact
24 that this case has been dismissed, Mr. Paulos requests the return of his Passport.
