16 JOHNSTON, JR., having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by ,
17 a court of the United States, to wit: Possession with the Intent to Distribute less than 5
18 grams of actual methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Title
19 21, United States Code, §§ 841(a)(l) and 84l(b)(l)(C), did conceal the same and did not
20 as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military
21 authority under the United States. I
