Dear Judge David G. Campbell,
l am writing this letter on behalf of my twin brother Dennis Deniiiesten, in the hopes that
when it comes to making a decision, that you will see how much my brother is loved
and appreciated, by me, his family, and his friends. Dennis has many of friends and
acquaintances from all walk*s of life. He gets along well with all age groups, always
willing to lend a helping hand. He has always been well liked and respected for his
honesty. Everyone likes him.
l remember through our school years, he was well liked and respected by our teachers
and adults for his peace loving, good nature and how he was always there to cheer you
up. Yet he was shy, until he got to know you.
His grades were above average when he applied himself. He was always supportive of
his peers and family. He loves to surf, water ski, dirt bike ride and play the drums. He
has many hobbies.
In our 49 years I have never heard anyone speak ill of him. He was a good kid in his
childhood and a caring and responsible adult. ‘
After high school he married, had his son that he adores. Soon after he got a very
good job with the Edison Electric Company as a Boiler lvlaker and got relocated from
Redondo Beach, California to Nevada. He and his family moved to Bullhead, _Arizona
and he has been there ever since. He was employed with the Edison Company for 25
years or so. I can confirm that he is a man of great integrity, and is extremely dedicated
to his family and work.
Dennis and his first wife divorced. but maintain a good relationship with each other. He
has a son from that marriage and is there for him, supports him in every way. i-le
spends every summer with his father. Dennis wishes he could spend more time with
his son. He calls his son once a week or more. They have a very good relationship.
His son loves and misses him. He respects his father, and is supportive of him also.
Dennis has been remarried for 18 years or so. lilly brother loves his wife very much. He
hope’s that you will be merciful in your decision, so he can prove to the courts that he
can make a better life for his wife and himself and show the courts that he can be a
good citizen and become a positive part of the society and his community.
His wife has moved to Texas to care for her father whom is battling cancer. She has
established a new start for herself and Dennis. Religion is a big part of her everyday
