Defendant Kevin Augustiniak, through counsel, moves this court to grant Defendant's Motion to Unseal Cases of confidential informants and witnesses (#1201) filed on February 7, 2006 as part of its motion for disclosure of all withheld discovery (#1281). The government has not responded to this motion. Further, the state court will

have to jurisdiction to order any federal district court filed to be unsealed and disclosed to the defense during the state court proceedings. Only this court has the jurisdiction to unseal these files. As stated in #1201, defendant seeks certified copies of the records and recordings of any proceedings which may only be obtained from the Federal District
