Jaime; 17 Counts 5, and 12-15 against defendant Craig T. Kelly; Counts 5, 10 and 11 against defendant 18 Henry E. Watkins; Count 7 against defendant Robert T. Rienstra; and Counts 1-4 against 19 defendant Kevin Augustiniak. 20 The United States believes a dismissal of the aforementioned charges without prejudice

21 would be in the interests of justice at this time. 22 It is not expected that excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161 will occur as a result of
