He is ordered to self-surrender to the U.S. Marshal's Office in Phoenix, Arizona no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2005. During those two weeks, he is permitted to leave the State of Arizona and travel to the State of Illinois. Once there, he is ordered to reside at 15320 South Millard in Midlothian, Illinois 60445, (708) 597-1530. He is further ordered to make daily telephone contact with Pretrial Services in Phoenix, Arizona at (602) 322-7391 from a land line telephone. Defendant is not to have any contact with witnesses in this case, or with any members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club. Defendant is not to possess any firearms. This Order is without prejudice to this Court's review of Defendant's Motion for Release pending trial. DATED this 6th day of September, 2005.
