14 Defendant appeared before this Court on a Petition for Revocation of Supervised
15 Release. The Court considered the Petition and tile in determining whether defendant
16 should be released on conditions set by the Court.
17 The Court finds that defendant, having previously been convicted and placed on -
18 supervised release, and having appeared before the Court in connection with a petition to
19 revoke his supervised release, has failed to establish by clear and convincing evidence that
20 he is not likely to flee or pose a dangerto the safety ofthe community if released pursuant
21 to 18 U.S.C. §3142(b) or (c).
22 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendant be detained pending further
23 proceedings. 18 U.S.C. §3143; Rules 32.1(a)(1) and 46(c), Federal Rules of Criminal
24 Procedure. ·--- 3 .
