Defendant Bruce R. Goldman appeared with counsel on August 31, 2005 for disposition of the Petition. The Court finds the defendant has violated terms and conditions of supervised release alleged in the Petition. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the disposition report and attachments.

finds

defendant's

supervised

release

should

be

reinstated based on the conditions violated. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED reinstating the defendant on supervised release until the expiration date of supervised release, subject to his existing conditions of supervised release. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal the imposed disposition by filing a Notice of Appeal within 10 days from the date of disposition.
