CR 03-50106-01-PHX-FJM ORDER REVOKING SUPERVISED RELEASE
A petition for revocation of supervised release having been filed and hearings held with the defendant and counsel present, and the defendant having admitted violations of Standard Condition No. 8 and Special Condition No. 5, IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of THIRTEEN (13) MONTHS. The Court recommends to the Bureau of Prisons that the defendant have some sort of substance abuse education and treatment program. The Court also recommends to the Executive Branch of the United States Government that it consider whatever avenues are available to repatriate the defendant to any country upon the completion of his service in the Bureau of Prisons.
