IT IS ORDERED revoking the defendant's supervised release and the defendant, CHRISTOPHER JON HETZER, shall be committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of THREE (3) MONTHS. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED upon release from the Bureau of Prisons, defendant is placed on supervised release for THIRTY-TWO (32) months. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming standard conditions of supervision adopted by the Court in General Order 05-36. The Defendant shall comply with the following special conditions:

You shall participate in a Home Confinement Program with electronic monitoring for a period of 5 months. You shall contribute to the cost of electronic monitoring in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information. You are prohibited from making major purchases, incurring new financial obligations, or entering into any financial contracts without the prior approval of the probation officer.

You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer which may include taking prescribed medication. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm. You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages and illicit substances. You shall complete 50 hours of community service to include the DARE program in the City of Coolidge, as approved and directed by the probation officer. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED dismissing allegations B and C of the petition on oral

motion of the government. The defendant is remanded into the custody of the United States Marshal's Service. The defendant is advised of his right to appeal within 10 days. DATED this 11th day of October, 2006.
