l 4 1. 1, Annie Preston, was the Assistant Principal at Cortez High School
5 within the Glendale Union High School District during the time Jose Ramirez claims
6 that he was assaulted by some fellow Cortez students.
7 2. Iminediately after being advised of the claimed incident by Jose
8 Ramirezis parents? I conducted an investigation. Three pages of computerized notes
9 summarizing my investigation were produced to plaintiffs counsel in January 2005.
m Those computerized notes accurately reflect the scope of my investigation. and my
H findings.
lz 3. To the best of my knowledge, there are no other notes in existence
13 concerning my investigation ofthe alleged. incident involving Jose Ramirez.
H 4. I am competent and authorized to execute this affidavit and I have
IS personal knowledge of the matters herein.
