Plaintiffs, Cathleen Channel, Theresa Wharry, Stacie Hanson, and Monique Nichols, and Defendants, Carl Brown and Molly Brown, pursuant to the Court's instructions during the September 29, 2006, Status Conference, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby file their Joint Statement of the Case. The parties, on October 13, 2006, filed with the Court a Joint Statement of the Case. The Court ordered the parties to file the October 13, 2006, Joint Statement of the Case in advance of the November 3, 2006, Status Hearing. The Court vacated the November 3, 2006, Status Conference. The parties report very little has changed since they filed their

October 13, 2006, Joint Statement of the Case. The parties have petitioned the Court to allow them to, when Defendant Carl Brown has completed his cancer treatment, reopen Mr. Brown's deposition for the purpose of asking questions regarding various documents. Plaintiffs have also filed a motion for summary judgment. Defendant's response to Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment is not yet due.
