Case No. CIV 2003-0100 PHX ROS PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE CURRENTLY SET FOR 6/14/07

Plaintiffs, by and through counsel undersigned, hereby file this motion to continue the June 14, 2007 status conference set by the Court on May 24, 2007. Plaintiffs respectfully request the Judge continue the hearing currently set for June 14, 200, at 2:30 p.m. Undersigned counsel has a conflict as he is scheduled to participate in a private arbitration on a pending Maricopa County Superior Court matter on that date. This matter has been set for arbitration for approximately six months and involves a case which has been pending for approximately a year and a half. The case is Virginia Tinsley Coleman v. Andrew Edward Parsons, Superior Court Case No. CV2006-005518. Because of the degree of contentiousness now present in this case, undersigned counsel very much desires to personally attend the status conference. Accordingly,
