On July 19, 2005, the Honorable David G. Campbell entered a Minute Entry stating the parties should file and serve all motions in limine no later than September 21, 2005. The Court also stated that the motions should be no more than three pages in length. Plaintiff filed a motion in limine on February 18, 2005. Defendant filed a response on March 14, 2005. Plaintiff filed a reply on March 18, 2005. On July 5, 2005 the Court denied Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment

and held Plaintiff's Motion in Limine moot. Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court review these documents in order to save time and resources without the need for the parties to refile the same pleadings. Plaintiff respectfully requests the Court consider these pleadings and enter a ruling. The Court ordered that Motions be no more than three pages. Plaintiff's
