At that 15 conference pretrial deadlines were established and a final pretrial conference was set for May 16 23, 2005 and a trial date was set for June 14, 2005. On February 2, 2005, Plaintiff filed a 17 Motion to Continue for 150 Days all Case Management Dates. On March 4, 2005, the Court 18 granted Plaintiff's motion and continued the pretrial deadlines and continued the final pretrial 19 conference to December 19, 2005 and the trial date to January 10, 2005. On December 19, 20 2005 Plaintiff failed to appear at the final pretrial conference. 21 IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff show cause in writing within 10 days of the date of this 22 order why this case should not be dismissed. 23 24 25 26 27 28
