I just received your motion to stiike ValueOptions’ second motion for summary judgment.
I did not realize that you did not receive a copy. I pulled my copies of these documents and noted
that they were mailed to you at the Buckeye address by my secretary — who left our employ just a
couple of days thereafter. Enclosed are copies ofthe following documents, all of which were filed
electronically on September 2, 2005:
1. ValueOptions’ second motion for summary judgment;
2. ValueOptions’ statement of facts in support of second motion for summary judgment;
and
