17 Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 54.1(b), Defendant hereby objects to Plaintiff’ s Bill
18 of Costs filed August 7, 2006.
19 Plaintiff` s Bill of Costs for service of summons and subpoena does not accurately
20 reflect the eight charges set forth in Exhibit 2 to the Bill of Costs. Furthermore, the Bill
21 of Costs, as it relates to court reporter fees, includes two invoices that reflect the
22 witnesses’ actual charges for professional time.
23 This objection is based upon Local Civil Rule 54.l(e)(3) and the Affidavit of
24 William R. Phillips submitted herewith.
