18 It is hereby stipulated by and between the attorneys for the Plaintiff and the
19 Defendants as follows:
20 1. That the videotaped depositions of Shenikal Stone, Trevor Jones and Tasha
21 Nunn be suppressed.
22 2. That all video tapes, transcripts and electronically stored copies of the video
23 tapes and transcripts in the possession of Plaintiff and her attorneys be delivered to the
24 attorneys for the Defendants herein.
2 5 3. That all video tapes and electronically stored copies of the video tapes in the
26 possession of the videographer, Accurate Reporting Service of Jacksonville, Inc. and

1 those persons employed by it, be delivered to the attorneys for the Defendants upon the
2 payment by Defendants of all reasonable charges therefore due it by Defendants.
3 4. That all stenographic notes of the depositions of the aforementioned taken
4 stenographically including, but not limited to, those stenographic notes which may be
5 stored electronically, be delivered to counsel for the Defendants upon payment of all
6 reasonable charges therefore due it by Defendants.
