18 l. Approving the Proposed Plan of Distribution attached to the Petition as
Exhibit "l";

20 2. Authorizing the Disbursing Agent to transfer all of the funds held by
I 21 Charles Schwab & Company in account number 5074-6700 in the name of Millemiium
22 Capital Hedge Fund to a disbursement accotmt at Chase Manhattan Bank in the name of
23 Lawrence J. Warfield, Disbursing Agent;

1 3. Authorizing the Disbursing Agent to disburse the funds in the disbursement
2 account as follows:
3 a. The amount approved by the Court to Warfield and Company for the
4 services of the Court’s Disbursing Agent;
5 b. The amount approved by the Court to Guttilla & Murphy PC, for its
6 services as legal counsel to the Court’s Disbursing Agent;
7 c. The balance of funds remaining in the Disbursement Account to all
S approved claimants pro-rata according to the approved claim amounts set forth in
9 Exhibit “A" to the Proposed Plan of Distribution.
10 4. For such further relief as the Court deems appropriate.
