IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' motion to enlarge the

deadline to file dispositive motions [Docket No. 39] is granted.

The motion to dismiss and the motion for summary judgment at
24
Docket No. 40 and Docket No. 41 are hereby deemed timely filed.

The Court notes at least one other untimely motion

seeking an extension of the dispositive motion deadline in a

prisoner civil rights case assigned to counsel for Defendants

has been filed with this Court within one week.

THEREFORE, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel shall provide a copy of this order to Mr. Andrew Thomas, the Maricopa County Attorney, so that the office of the Maricopa County Attorney shall have notice of what may be a systemic problem with administering the timely filing of pleadings in prisoner civil rights cases defended by Mr. Thomas' office.
