Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery Conference, filed June 23, 2005 (#49). Plaintiff seeks a discovery conference with the Court to resolve disputes over various requests for production of documents. Plaintiff represents that the parties have conferred telephonically concerning the requests, but have been unable to reach a resolution. Defendants have not responded. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Discovery Conference, filed June 23, 2005 (#49) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties participate in a telephonic conference with the Court on: Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at 9:00am. Counsel for Defendants shall be responsible for arranging and initiating the conference call.
