The parties have completed their exchange of expert reports; The parties are set to conduct the deposition of Cohills' expert witness on September 18, 2006; 5. The parties are set to conduct the deposition of QC's expert witness on September 20, 2006; and 6. The trial in this action is set to commence on October 10, 2006.
